Page Presentation

The presentation contains the most important information for the customer offer.

The presentation can be translated to additional languages in the Configuration dialog.

Configure Presentation

1. Sections, subsections and illustrations can be added to or removed from the selection in the Configuration dialog.

2. Furthermore, the language for the presentation, which consists of numerous additional languages beyond the language of the program, is specified here.

3. You can save the configuration of the project report as a default so that it will be available for other projects.

View and Print Presentation in Preview Editor

1. Click on Show to display the presentation
   The page is displayed as a thumbnail on the left and full sized on the right.

2. Menu and toolbar provide the usual features:
   Go to, Zoom, Full Screen, Print Page, Print All, Fax, Save As, Send, Full-text Search

3. Print the current page or the entire presentation.
   If you see a watermark on the printout, this is because you have not yet (purchased and) registered the software.

4. Export to different file formats via the menu File > Export > File type:
       tif, txt, emf, jpg, png, xps.

PDF Export of Presentation

1. Click on Export, in order to convert the presentation into a file (.pdf). The images are in low resolution. If you want to increase the image quality, go to the Configuration dialog and select high resolution of the images in the PDF document.

Export Presentation to MS Word

1. Click on Export to export the presentation to to a file (.docx).

Export Simulation Results to MS Excel

The export is available as long as this simulation is valid.

1. Click on Export to export the simulation result data series to a file (.csv).

2. A save-as-dialog opens.
   Select your file name and path.

3. Click on Save.
   The temporal data resolution is  1 h.
   The data format is CSV (Comma-Separated Values). This format can be opened in all common spreadsheet programs, such as Excel.

Note: If the simulation is aborted either by the program or by you then the button Export is active nevertheless. Exporting of partial results allows for analysing the abortion reasons.
